this was my conversation with emiko on april 23 which is a sunday.
repost here cause i think there's a misunderstanding between J1s and J2s.

[12:01:58 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: all fourteen of us really love soccer. the sport.
[12:02:15 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: and i understand that there are some among the j1s who really love the sport.
[12:02:17 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: i also understand
[12:02:18 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: that
[12:02:42 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: the J1s want to play next year. But you all have to understand that if you do not win this tournament THIS year, there may be NO next year.
[12:02:52 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: the approval of the cca depends mainly on this tournament
[12:03:03 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: but most of the J1s are just having fun adn not taking it seriously enough.
[12:03:24 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: for us, maybe we are overreacting. but its something we started off. and we had no help, no teachers, no coach to start with. but we did everything from scratch

[12:03:47 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: at first it seemed we didnt have enough girls for the trounament
[12:04:19 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: then all of a sudden we did. the nthere were problems, injuries.
[12:04:46 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: we had many cuts and bruises and injuries just like that but no one gave up or just got pissed at another team for getting hurt by them.
[12:04:57 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: we fell down. so we helped one another up and we carrie don, doing what we loved.
[12:05:29 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: we didn't go in the competition thinking we'd win, because wethough with the little number o fplayers and the circumstances teh school put us in, we'd be close to winning nothing.
[12:05:36 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: but we fought adn fought and fought and never gave up on one another.
[12:05:47 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: we came to school at 6am to run and train our stamina
[12:06:06 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: we played soccer by ourselves. brought our ball to school daily just for fun and to practice.
[12:06:17 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: i know you girls are putting in effort[12:06:30 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: but it takes a LOT more if you really want to achieve something.
[12:06:43 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: I'm talking from experience because I was the one who started this whole team.
[12:07:07 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: i wrote the proposal with my friend and we spent days and days going over it, drafting it, showing ms aud, looking for teacher in charges

[12:07:27 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: 700 signatures. not bad. but mrs koh said it counted for nuts

[12:07:37 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: the first few trainings we did have many interested girls
[12:07:41 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: only we didnt havea coach yet
[12:07:47 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: so me and candice conducted the trainings
[12:07:56 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: doing basic drill seeing what we could do til ms aud could find us someone
[12:08:01 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: then she herself volunteered
[12:08:15 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: despite her having to versee netball, dance, adn so many other things sh ehad to do
[12:08:36 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: then the boys' coach, coach ian saw us play. he saw our efforts and teh love for the game. so he coached us. in the last few weeks before the tournament
[12:08:37 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: and he did wonders
[12:08:48 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: we improved greatly, and we did so many things together.
[12:08:54 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: but we had lots to struggle wiht too.[12:09:03 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: edward and jerry came down to train us and support our every game
[12:09:09 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: even if that meant less study time for their A levels
[12:09:13 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: Sherlene was the only J2
[12:09:17 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: but she stuck wiht us
[12:09:29 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: they all had an exam on the morning of the match against NJ
[12:09:47 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: ms aud had to drive ed, jerry, and sherlene after the exam so they could come watch and sher coudl play
[12:10:08 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: there wree so many things just so many things going on at once but we didnt let any of them put us down.
[12:10:14 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: that is the kind of spirit you girls need to ahve.
[12:10:24 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: that is teh burning desire you need for this cca to go on.
[12:10:31 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: its not a one off thing
[12:10:36 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: we though we'd get to play this year you know
[12:10:40 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: so you know what we did?
[12:10:44 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: over the holidays we had training.[12:10:50 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: if not field soccer at least street soccer.
[12:10:57 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: all of us made teh effort to buy street soccer shoes.
[12:11:09 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: we joined street soccer competitions just to improve and learn.
[12:11:27 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: there's so much more yo ugirls can do if you realy want to improve and win this tournament. or at least so much more you could have done.
[12:11:35 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: that's why the seniors now are feeling the way they are.

[12:12:04 PM] ???[EMIKO] [: i dont want teh relationship turning sour so there's a lot i feel, buti dont write about.

well.just like coach said.we couldn't even be here without the J2s.if they din't even bother to set up the girls soccer.we wouldn't be knowing each others.either we would have so many fun during or even after trainings.
it hurts to see eight nil while last year we were the second of FAS.yes.it's not our fault.but we do give ppl sometimes to be emo right?
we did being emo every match.but pls don't forget.our seniors are onli one year older than us.they would be emo as well.we would forget about our teammates of being emo.but why not our seniors?:)
they care alot about us.it's just sometimes.u know.can't help being harshed cause they love the team and soccer too much:) no offence.

alright.let's not to think abt all these.
what is done can't be undone.
so just follow coach's instruction
CONCENTRATE ON THE MATCH!
and be united as one!
